FAQs on Discreet Purchases and Payment Methods

1. Is my purchase discreet? What do I see on my credit card records?

- We respect your privacy and ensure your purchase is as discreet as possible. On your credit card records, the charge will appear with a random code. However, some processors may require a website associated with the order. The exterior shipping box will not contain any identifiable marks or information about the contents.

2. What are the payment methods?

- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. You can see the available options during checkout.

3. Can I cancel my order?

- Orders are processed automatically every hour. Once the information is sent to our shipping partner, stopping the shipment and canceling the order becomes difficult. We will try our best to assist with cancellations, but it may not always be possible. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.

4. Do you have a cart/wish list?

- Yes, we offer a cart/wish list feature. To access it:

1. Sign up for an account with us.

2. Click "My Account" at the top right-hand side.

3. Select the "Cart/Wishlist" option on the left-hand side.

- Note: The buyer will receive a confirmation email for the purchase, but no personal details will be visible.

5. Do you sell gift cards?

- Yes, we offer E-Gift Cards. Visit our gifting page for more information.

6. Why can’t I use the promo code I found?

- We offer the option to enter a coupon code during checkout. If you found a code on a random website, it is likely not valid as they often list many websites and create fictitious codes.

7. Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation? Did my order go through?

- If your payment was successful, you should receive an order confirmation email automatically. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

8. Will there be additional customs fees or taxes?

- For most regions (United States, European Union, Australia, Canada), we ship via a local warehouse and pre-pay any applicable taxes to facilitate delivery. During checkout, select your country for more information.

- For other regions, we may ship directly from our main warehouse via DHL, and there may be additional taxes. If this applies to your region, you will see a note during checkout. We declare a low value on the goods to minimize taxes, but the actual fees depend on your country's regulations.

9. I ordered the wrong item(s), can I change the item(s) in my order?

- We cannot modify your order once it has been placed. If you would like to exchange an unopened product, please contact our support team for further instructions.
